Kern River APEX Expansion Project

WSP prepared environmental reports for the FERC 7(c) filing and supported acquisition of environmental permits for this natural gas project involving nearly 30 miles of pipeline looping and five compressor stations. All necessary permits and approvals—including air, water rights, discharge, and wetland and stream permits—were obtained ahead of schedule.

Wolfspeed Siler City Factory

WSP prepared and submitted the Title V air construction permit application for Wolfspeed’s proposed SiC substrate production factory in Siler City. The project is a major source of air pollutants and is subject to North Carolina DEQ construction and operating permit requirements. WSP will also submit the Title V air operating permit application after construction is complete.
