Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) WSP collaborated with the CATS to conduct an Alternative Analysis and a rail system integration plan, emphasizing stakeholder engagement and coordination across mu nicipalities. Several workshops were held to present information, gather feedback, and align planning efforts. Additionally, stakehold
er meetings were hosted to discuss alignment alternatives for the LYNX Blue Line extension.
Hwy 801 Transmission Line Project
This project includes siting a new 100-kilovolt (kV) transmission tap line to connect a new substation to the grid. WSP is providing stakeholder engage ment services, including direct outreach to project area neighbors to solicit feedback for the siting study and coordination with the Duke Energy team to help notify large accounts in the area.
