Corridor Transit Expansion EIS

WSP conducted a visual impact assessment in compliance with NEPA and SEQRA to as sess potential visual impacts of the proposed light-rail transit and bus rapid transit alterna tives from University of Buffalo South Univer sity Station to I-990/Audubon Parkway in the Buffalo-Amherst-Tonawanda area.

Tailings Management Facility WSP’s GIS experts developed 3D visualizations for the TSF expansion,

depicting various stages of construction. Using proposed design data and high

resolution topography, they created models showing the sequence of dam raises and road construction. WSP produced interactive models and oblique images for reporting and presentations.
