The presence of asbestos in a facility can be a major factor in determining how routine operations and maintenance work can be performed. Correspondingly, asbestos and lead-based paint can also be a significant issue in assessing the value of the property. Our Asbestos Safety Board (ASB) is complied of experienced and diversified professionals and subject matter experts who can provide project planning, project execution, and regulatory guidance.
