We have a scalable demolition and decommissioning approach to projects that starts with understanding the client’s ultimate objective for the site. We then conduct a comprehensive evaluation of our client’s assets and current site conditions, followed by an assessment of all environmental, hazardous and regulated materials. We prepare detailed scopes of work and bidding documents. We provide procurement support, concluding with oversight during field work. When practical, we can re-purpose a facility to the benefit of our client, their shareholders and the local community.
