Construction Materials Testing Construction materials engineering, testing, and monitoring services are provided by WSP within the discipline of civil engineering. At WSP, construction materials engineering is accomplished through the application of sound theoretical concepts and practical knowledge of the behavior of construction materials under various conditions.
