Projects: z Ruby Natural Gas Pipeline Project, Nevada, Wyoming, Utah, Oregon – Environmental management services for this groundbreaking investment in new pipeline infrastructure, setting standards for dual-track permit scheduling and meaningful stakeholder engagement. z Gulf Coast Power-to-X Project Permitting and Compliance, U.S. Gulf Coast – Completed in 2023, provided permitting/compliance for a proposed manufacturing site for renewable fuels in the U.S. Gulf Coast region. Included development of construction and operations permit matrix for site for federal, state and local requirements, developing air emission estimates and evaluating water sourcing options for operations including electrolyzer, methanol production unit and carbon capture system. z HyVelocity H2 Hub Environmental Support, Texas – Conducted desktop biological and cultural resources, Phase I environmental site assessment (ESA) and preliminary wastewater disposal analysis. Developed a construction and operations permit matrix for site for federal, state and local requirements.

z Hydrogen NEPA Compliance, Texas – Client support with NEPA compliance with USDOE Loan Program Office as the lead agency. Prepared draft environmental assessment and supporting DOE review. z Green Hydrogen to Ammonia, Iowa – Regulatory permitting plan for wastewater and ammonia storage. Constraint study for wastewater disposal options including feasibility, Capex, Opex and permitting hurdles. Siting support based on constraints and client input. Responsible for preparing federal and state environmental permit applications for this proposed LNG project in close proximity to sensitive ecosystems. z Smart Path Moses-Adirondack 1&2 Rebuild, New York – Support services for environmental, outreach, licensing, permitting and construction needs on this 86-mile transmission line project. z Annova Liquid Natural Gas Facility Environmental Permitting, Texas –
