WSP Ecology, Landscape, EIA, Planning and Permitting, and Social Acceptability SOQ

NEPA Compliance The National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) Regulations for Implementing the Procedural Provisions of NEPA (40 CFR Parts 1500–1508) require federal agencies to consider and document potential environmental effects of proposed projects. Our recent and ongoing experience preparing NEPA-compliant documentation covers the full spectrum of project development, planning implementation, operations and maintenance (O&M), and permitting from federal funding actions to infrastructure development across the United States (US). WSP has extensive experience preparing EIA and documents pursuant to NEPA including EISs (stand alone, programmatic, supplemental), EAs, and FONSI. We have successfully prepared environmental documents for a broad range of projects including large multidisciplinary projects and those addressing controversial issues.
