GFL-Solid Waste Engineering Services SOQ

GROUNDWATER MONITORING, STATISTICAL ANALYSIS AND COMPLIANCE WSP has extensive experience in groundwater monitoring and understands the variety of challenges faced with respect to waste managment activities and today’s environmental concerns. We have conducted groundwater monitoring programs, and collected and analyzed thousands of surface water and groundwater samples for U.S. clients. We have hands-on experience and use trusted methods, along with state-of-the art technology, in locating and developing reliable groundwater sources and assisting our clients through the often complex permitting process.

Groundwater monitoring wells are used to: „ Monitor groundwater levels and flow conditions. „ Obtain samples to determine groundwater quality. „ Evaluate the hydraulic properties of water-bearing strata. Our expertise includes large regional resource studies, modeling, and developing sustainable, efficient groundwater supplies that are protected from contamination and minimize impacts on ecological resources. This in-depth experience with groundwater modeling allows us to foresee construction and permitting challenges earlier, saving our clients time and money. We also can assist with optimizing operation of water systems for energy savings, water quality improvement, source selection, or other unique system goals.
