GFL Environmental Services Over the last 14 years, WSP has provided the following services at one or more GFL facilities. „ Installation of dedicated pumps to facilitate low-flow sampling. „ Installation of piezometers and collection of soil samples in conjunction with permitting activities at one of the active Georgia MSW facilities. „ Preparation of multiple Anarobic Soil Desinfestations (ASDs) to address inorganic and organic constituents, including monitoring well replacement. „ Regulatory liaison for various environmental compliance and permitting projects. „ Installation and development of groundwater monitoring wells, methane probes and related regulatory correspondence. „ Background groundwater sampling, statistical analysis and reporting. „ Permitting assistance including updates to water quality and methane monitoring plans at multiple facilities, as well as geological monitoring Swiss Seismological Service (SED) on site specific data at two Georgia landfills. „ Well and pump repairs and re-development. „ SPCC and SWPP preparation and related training. „ Recommendations for methane compliance issues including remedial measures to control off site migration. „ Budget forecasting and post-closure cost updates. „ Due diligence.
